Are you interested in joining a community of professionals who support the growth of businesses for Selling Partners? Amazon is seeking Account Managers to join their Cross Border (EU>UK) Marketplace Team in Germany, specifically in Woburn.

Today, over 58% of purchases on Amazon's sites are made from third-party sellers. With more than 100 million distinct products available, this vast selection is made possible by the entrepreneurial third-party businesses who offer their products on the Amazon Marketplace.

In this role, you will focus on acquiring new business by building relationships with Selling Partners, evaluating their businesses, and supporting their launch in the Cross Border FBA (Fulfilment By Amazon) program. This will make their range of products available to Amazon customers across Europe.

In addition, you will drive various fast-paced projects and initiatives across the organization and locales to improve the experience for both sellers and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

Helping Selling Partners recognize their potential for growth and expand their businesses internationally by leveraging Amazon's platform.

Managing a portfolio of Selling Partners, assisting with their setup, and educating them on Amazon's services and tools to effectively manage their business.

Developing and reporting on key performance indicators for your portfolio of Selling Partners, analyzing root causes for performance improvements.

Gathering ongoing feedback from Selling Partners to assess performance and drive satisfaction with
