We are currently looking for an employee (m/f/d) in our service center for German/English.

Working hours are within a time frame of 8:00 am - 10:00 pm.

After the training period, there is the possibility to work from home and the position is planned as full-time with the option for permanent employment.

Your responsibilities:


  • Written and telephone response to customer inquiries and orders in German and English
  • Data entry
  • Maintenance of master data

Your profile:


  • Fluent language skills in German and English
  • Solid computer skills and proficiency in common office programs
  • Technical understanding and interest in motorcycles would be an advantage
  • Enjoyment in advising and interacting with people
  • Good comprehension and communication skills
