Description
Responsibilities and Duties- Perform handson, tactical work with mínimal oversight
- Define, document, and execute preventative maintenance schedule for powered industrial
utilities, and other pneumatic or hydraulic items
- Serves as the primary tactical resource for all types of handson tasks including but not limited to
FCP Euro operational purview
- Perform repairs throughout the facility including painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc
- Serves as point of contact with facility vendors to address repairs and maintenance they
baler, and any other mechanical equipment
- Independently monitor operations queue and disposition requests as they are submitted
- Issues, prints, programs, and deactivates building entry ID cards as required
- Explores and implements technology improvements
- Effectively communications when work or changes are taking place to minimize disruption to
- Challenges and grows themselves through feedback, development, supporting company and
- Interfaces with crossfunctional team members to improve companywide people, processes,
- Supports and drives facilitywide safety regulatory compliance
- Actively researches new technology to keep FCP Euro competitive by attending trade shows,
- Supports introducing the company to new technologies and materialhandling solutions
- Provides support in key decisionmaking alongside executive, leadership, and management
- Documents various processes to create redundancy and can actively make decisions that deviate
- Consistently delivering a "WOW" factor above and beyond customer expectations
- Documenting and administrating duties
- Professional certification(s) or progress shown within electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or related
- Associate degree or relevant experience preferred
- Automotive or machine shop experience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse in maintenance or handson technical work
- Must be able to lift up to 60+ pounds as necessary
- Mechanical aptitude
- Can properly use machinery, tools, and equipment to diagnose and fix
- Communication skills
- Is able to effectively relay ticket status and translate information between
- Critical thinking skills
- Can identify why processes or operations are not working as well as they
- Detailoriented
- Possesses a strong observational ability, demonstrates cleanliness, neatness,
- Can work around people while maintaining a positive, supportive demeanor
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to control multiple priorities and projects in a fastpaced environment; strong attention to

Tuesday - Saturday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, mínimal OT
