Our boutique real estate firm, located in the heart of Williamsburg, is on the lookout for a
Marketing Coordinator who can bring a fresh perspective to our mission of transforming the real estate experience.

This is a full-time position offering an hourly wage of
$18-$20, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and design compelling marketing materials using both the
Adobe Suite including InDesign, and
Canva.
Spearhead social media campaigns, leveraging platforms to enhance our brand's digital footprint.
Schedule and analyze social media content using
Hootsuite or equivalent platforms to ensure maximum engagement.

Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience in social media strategy and content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and experience with Canva.
Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform.
