Description

• Spatial planning and design for cabinetry within residential kitchens, baths, as well as any space in the home specific to cabinetry.
• Goaloriented, creative, and responsive.
• Willing to take ownership of all designer elements within the scope of work of your projects.
• Ability to build rapport, communicate effectively and educate clients to set true expectations.
• Consistency in time management, project management, planning, organizing, and multitasking.
• Strong team player mentality within a small business environment, specific to collaborating with other design professionals, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, team members, and clients.

• 2+ years of residential design experience.
• Ownership of all cabinetry designs, dimensioned installation drawing sets, product ordering, and follow up.
• Experience proposing, specifying and ordering all product and materials related to kitchen and bath remodels, including but not be limited to cabinetry, countertops, cabinetry hardware, plumbing fixtures, tile, accessories, etc.
• Experience with Chief Architect and/or BuilderTrend software is a plus.

• Autonomy and ownership of design ideation and execution
