Responsibilities:

  • Create, organize, and implement strategic recruitment plans and supporting initiatives to enhance the overall talent acquisition process and quality of hiring for the User & Services business groups at Goehner;
  • Ensure that strategies are designed and executed in a timely and consistent manner to meet hiring goals;
  • Provide leadership to a team of recruiting professionals, serving as a role model and offering mentorship and motivation for growth;
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies, particularly for challenging positions;
  • Define, track, and analyze talent acquisition metrics, and implement practical methods for monitoring and improving performance;
  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors, products, and systems for talent communities, and negotiate contracts and terms;
  • Select and oversee the use of tools, technology, and resources to support effective talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in direct recruiting for a fast-paced, high-growth technology company or agency, with a background in consulting and managing clients in a professional services environment;
  • Demonstrated success in solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and making a significant impact on hiring for a business;
  • Expertise and knowledge in executive search or executive talent acquisition;
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent communication and organizational skills;
