Description

We are looking for professional individuals that are reliable, hard working and willing to work. Security experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person via our guard card classes that we offer in-house.

We are a full service security guard agency that has several armed and unarmed sites in the Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities

Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
Report in detail any suspicious incidents
Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment

Skills

Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
Trained security officer with guard card
Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
Surveillance skills and detail orientation
Integrity and professionalism
High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements:

Must be 18 years old for unarmed guard card and 21 for armed guard card:

Be able to pass a criminal background check:
Be able to show up for work on time and in proper uniform
