We are interested in a renovation project for a duplex home in Peña Blanca, NM. The unit is located on the fifth and sixth floors and has an approximate area of 125m2. While the home is in good condition, we would like to update it with a complete kitchen renovation, including new design and installation of cabinets and an island. We also want to renovate the bathrooms (one on each floor) by replacing the bathtubs with showers, changing the tiling, and installing new fixtures. Additionally, we would like to move the door to one of the bathrooms, review the electrical installation to add more outlets and lighting points on the walls and ceiling, and consider the option of aerothermal heating. Finally, we would like to move a wall on the upper floor between two rooms.
