    SAFETY MANAGER (Req #: 17)

    Formed in 1995, Arrow Construction is a full-service underground utilities construction company based in Sacramento, CA and serves northern and central California and western Nevada.

    Our services include underground utility work, vacuum excavation, asphalt/concrete restoration and traffic control services.

    We are looking for a talented individual to lead our safety team.
    Minimum 5 years experience in the role of Safety/Risk Manager
    CPR/First Aid instructor
    Familiarity with ISN Network and Common Ground Alliance a plus
    Bilingual skills a plus
    Claim Management work comp,
    Manage random testing pool for
    Bi-Annual D.Administer company safety incentive program
    Preside over quarterly safety committee meetings
    Manage all safety related incidents and manage claims until resolved
    Perform/manage all required training sessions for workforce
    Manage all worker compensation claims, minimizing downtime for the employee and costs to the company
    Manage company driver safety program
    Perform/schedule daily site inspections
    Schedule/perform new employee safety orientations
    Maintain company safety program ensuring compliance at all times
