Description

An established and steadily growing security systems integration and audio video company in South East Florida, based out of Broward County has immediate opening for project and material coordinator position.

Project and Material coordinator oversees the receipt, storage, and distribution of job materials; orders necessary job material, schedule deliveries, and manages company's inventory; has the ability to utilize Excel spreadsheet as well QuickBooks online to track budgets, dates and other information and to make sure invoicing is done in timely fashion.

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Assist in the coordination of project activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes, and coordinating deliveries of materials and equipment.
• Assist in the management of project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control measures are implemented.
• Coordinate project closeout billing activities and change orders.
• RMA submits and follow ups on RMA. Advises techs on RMA status.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks online is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships.
• Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
