As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing an important part of a large global food and beverage account.
In addition to fostering established relationships and managing existing sales, you will identify new opportunities, grow sales, and expand your network.
You will work in close cooperation with cross-functional team members, including Operations, Innovation Creation and Design, and Marketing departments within IFF.
To excel in this role, you should enjoy an entrepreneurial approach to your work and thrive on developing new opportunities.
In this role you will be a part of a dynamic and driven sales team and report into the Sales Leader for a Global Key Account.
Long DescriptionRole responsibilities:
Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships
Achieve profitable sales growth targets via maintaining and growing business
Develop account strategies and engage relevant internal stakeholders to execute
Lead a cross-functional core team which includes Commercial Support, Technical & Marketing support individuals assigned to each account.
Implement strategic initiatives to improve profitability, including optimizing order patterns for customer and IFF
Provide and maintain accurate sales forecasts
Manage pricing negotiations, pricing portfolio and achieve gross profit targets
Accountable for all communications with the customer, as well as being the liaison for all various functions between customer and IFF
Coordinate with internal functions to provide timely information to all matters relating to the service of accounts.
Present to customersand/or arrange presentations for customers

Long Description
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Management majoring in Sales or Marketing or any other relevant discipline
Proven record of growing accounts organically
Strong ability to work with different levels or functions within the organization, familiar with senior management reporting.
Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit desired
High passion for the food industry
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft office e

Have a valid driving license and willing to travelat least 50%
