YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Disciplinary and professional leadership of the "Car2X & Connected Services" team

- (Further) development of the VAIVA strategy for end-to-end functional developments in the Car2X environment within VAIVA and the VW Group

Focus on generic solutions to reduce technical complexity
Responsibility for achieving technology, milestone, quality, and budget goals
Ensuring the team's workload and technical and personal development of employees
Preparation of offers and calculations for projects in the responsible area
Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments within VAIVA and partners within the VW Group
Promoting an innovative and agile culture within the team to continuously improve its impact and efficiency

YOUR PROFILE:

Academic degree in natural sciences, engineering, or mathematics
Extensive experience in software or system development, particularly in the automotive context or similar relevant areas
Several years of experience in requirements and test management
Knowledge of software development processes and methodology
Experience in professional, strategic, organizational, and disciplinary leadership
Excellent communication, moderation, and project management skills
Fluent in German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Structured, independent work style and a strong service mindset combined with persuasive skills
High motivation to develop personally, within the department, and within the company
