Salary:
$100,000-$120,000/yr
Schedule:
M-F 8am-5pm
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and administer precise procedures for the timely recording of accounting transactions.
Prepare and execute diverse financial reports and internal control activities, ensuring senior management has accurate, timely information for strategic financial decision-making.
Consolidate and analyze financial and marketing data; prepare financial statements and conduct audits of financial forecasts.Recommend and implement wage adjustments, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, issuing violation warnings, and administering approved disciplinary measures as necessary.
Prepare work papers, account reconciliations, and conduct thorough reviews of work prepared by others.Conduct GAAP research and analyze the impact of technical accounting matters.
Coordinate with the Corporate Shared Services team to monitor and optimize cash disbursements, collections, payables, and accounts receivable.
Act as a company liaison with corporate accounting staff.
Conduct contract reviews with customers and vendors.
Serve as the company's resident HR Representative.
Manage Facilities Management Administration, acting as a liaison with landlords and other facilities vendors.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required.
Master's Degree desired
Proficient in the use of Excel Spreadsheets and preferred experience with ERP/MRP software systems.
