- Design and implement engaging email and SMS campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys and SMS communications.
- Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and validation activities to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Maintain high standards for email and SMS campaigns, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Document processes, data integrations, and relevant information for future reference.
- Analyze data to improve return on investment.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM reporting.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Five9 is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in email marketing and automation tools.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize email campaigns.
- Understanding of email marketing metrics and concepts.
- Experience in lead nurturing, automation, and analytics.
- Interest in staying updated on industry trends.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, English, or communications.
- Over 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in MS Products, SharePoint, Tableau, and pivot tables.
- Strong skills in creating and analyzing data in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Passion for conducting A/B tests and incorporating learnings into campaigns.
- Ability to address audience pain points through compelling copywriting.
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities.
