Role Purpose:

As an operator, your main responsibility is to ensure that the installations are operating according to established procedures and policies.

You will also monitor the installations to ensure that the (semi-)finished product meets the required specifications.

Responsibilities:

Operate and adjust the installations according to established procedures and policies, including handling pumps, opening and closing taps, and addressing any alerts.
Conduct multiple quality checks on the products to ensure they meet process requirements.
Identify and address any nonconformities during the production process to ensure highquality products.
Monitor the production output of the installations.
Assist with auxiliary tasks in the production process as directed by superiors.
Perform minor maintenance tasks and assist maintenance technicians and electricians with larger maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other operators, such as weighbridge and bagging operators, to ensure continuous production.
Record all relevant production data in the required IT system.
Follow safety policies and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment and ensuring its proper storage and maintenance.
