Description
The Job Coach specializes in assisting participants with learning and gaining job skills. The Job Coach provides one-on-one job training tailored to the needs of the participant.

The Job Coach is responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Provide on-site job coaching for designated caseload
  • Complete and ensure accurate and timely documentation of SAP plans, case notes, monthlies DDPS and other required information.
  • Act as a liaison between the person supported, family and employer.
  • Attend all staff meetings, Life Plans, conferences, and annual training requirements.
  • Ability to demonstrate patience, creative thinking, and exhibit great teamwork.
  • Provide overall assistance as assigned.

Skills:


  • Strong communications both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented, multitasker.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong computer skills
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License
Experience in working with individuals with special needs.
Knowledge of OPWDD regulations is a plus.


Salary Range:

- $42,000
