    Description
    *Maintenance Technician*National Management Resources has provided facilities management services for over 40 years. We work in educational settings, including K-12 facilities, boarding schools, colleges, and universities all over the country. We offer competitive wages.

    We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs to buildings, facilities, and equipment.

    *Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:


    • Repair and maintain buildings.
    • Complete set-ups and tear down for scheduled campus activities.
    • Perform general maintenance using basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, appliance repair, and electrical wiring.
    • Operate and maintain tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities.
    • Conduct HVAC inspections and change filters as needed.
    • Perform on call duties as needed/assigned.
    • Ensure environment is safe and working properly.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    *Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
    • Have a valid driver's license
    • Lift up to 50 pounds
    • Work from ladders
    • Climb stairs
    • Stand or walk for long periods of time.
    • Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
    • Work in an outdoor environment, with exposure to inclement weather and varying temperatures.
    *Minimum Work

    Experience:

    • 1 year experience in general maintenance
    • 1 year experience in one or more building trades
    *Passing a Drug Screening and Background Check is required for employment.

    $ $26.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
