Come on board with us at Millcreek TAMSEN MARITIM GmbH, located in the Hanseatic city of Rostock on the eastern bank of the Warnow river, is one of the most modern compact shipyards in Germany.

With 10,000 square meters of production space, we build, repair, and maintain boats and ships up to 70 meters in size.

Our halls also house Europe's largest 5-axis CNC milling center for precise production and processing of large components made of fiber-reinforced plastic.

Our team of nearly 100 experienced specialists delivers high-quality work.

We are currently offering apprenticeships for boat builders (m/f/d).

As a boat builder (m/f/d), your tasks will include:

Construction, repair, restoration, and conversion of boats, yachts, and smaller ships
Processing of plastic and wood to create components
Repair and conversion work, surface treatment
Adjustment, maintenance, and servicing of machines and tools

What do you need to bring?

At least a secondary school diploma
Good grades in mathematics and physics, as well as a strong spatial imagination
Responsibility, reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
Manual dexterity, technical understanding, flexibility, and a strong customer focus
