Plant Controller (m/f/d)

In close cooperation with our customers and partners, we create holistic solutions for complex plastic modules for modern vehicle interiors.

To support our team, we are currently looking for a Plant Controller at our
Schleiz location.

Your responsibilities:


  • Providing timely and accurate plant reporting / information system
  • Advising the plant management as well as department heads on businessrelated matters
  • Steering decisionmaking bases for the plant management and participating in the development of action plans, ensuring their financial evaluation and documentation
  • Preparing a plant budget and associated forecasts in collaboration with the plant management and department heads
  • Monitoring the plant budget, identifying and analyzing deviations between forecasted and actual results
  • Deriving measures to achieve goals in case of plan deviations
  • Tracking action plans
  • Budget responsibility for the controlling/finance department
  • Developing measures to achieve goals and further develop the controlling/finance spectrum, as well as building and optimizing controller tools
  • Accompanying and documenting projects
  • Creating standard evaluations (cost centers, projects, etc.)
  • Responsibility for timely preparation of accrual schedules
  • Implementation and enforcement of group
