    Job Title: Human Resource Specialist (Staffing Specialist)

    • Responsibilities:
    • Assist in managing and implementing special projects within the Human Resource Management Division.
    • Develop recruitment, placement, and staffing plans for field and Central Office use.
    • Establish personal contacts with other organizations, including the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
    • Conduct detailed job analysis to determine necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
    • Design rating forms based on job analysis results.

    Requirements:

    • U.S. Citizenship required.
    • Experience or education equivalent to GS-11 or GS-12 level.
    • Specialized experience in human resources, including interpreting policies, advising on hiring practices, and utilizing automated programs/systems.

    Qualifications:

    • GS-11: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years of graduate education.
    • GS-12: Specialized experience equivalent to next lower grade level.
    • Experience presenting technical HR information, providing training, and conducting job analysis.

    Educational Requirements:

    • Transcripts must be uploaded for verification of education.
    • Foreign education must meet specific criteria.

    Additional Information:

    • Position salary: $109,119 per annum.
    • Appointment subject to various checks and investigations.
    • Telework available based on agency policy.
