The Role


In this role you will also have responsibility for supporting our CHRO with the day-to-day activities and enabling them to be as efficient as possible.


You will work closely with Senior HR leadership to coordinate a range of HR project activities such as managing project tracking, chasing task completions, deadline management, preparing reports and providing consistent communication across project teams.


Role Responsibilities

  • Assist our CHRO on a range of matters relating to the organization of the company operations
  • Coordinate board and management packs for senior leadership meetings
  • Work with finance to ensure vendors are paid
  • Monitor a range of projects across Inizio and create effective status reporting
  • Liaison between upper management and employees, communicating with internal and external parties on various projects and tasks
  • Identify and respond to delays, risks and issues; work with leadership to plan challenge responses and see through resolutions
  • Act as first point if contact among executives, senior employees, clients and other external partners filtering and prioritising enquiries and tasks

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with all levels
  • Exceptional timemanagement/organisational skills, producing high quality of work

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • High levels of professionalism, practices strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business familiarity with confidential HR matter is a bonus
  • Confident in working independently, problemsolving and developing ideas
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new software and systems
