RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receiving and processing all incoming inquiries in the IT service desk
  • Assisting users with inquiries regarding Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office product range, as well as general hardware and software environments
  • Documenting activities in the ticket system
  • Opening tickets for 2nd level support

REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical understanding
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office
  • Ideally, some experience in customer support, a user helpdesk, or service desk, or as an IT service employee (m/f/d) or IT customer support (m/f/d)
  • Excellent German and English skills
