Your responsibilities:
- You will be a friendly point of contact and telephone contact for our customers, welcoming and assisting them with empathy and a serviceoriented approach.
- You will support your team with defined organizational and administrative tasks.
- You will schedule customer appointments and be responsible for the appointment management of the specialty store.
- General administrative tasks.
Your qualifications:
- Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have training in the nursing sector/medical practices or in the hotel/restaurant industry, or similar.
- Independent and reliable work ethic.
- High customer and service orientation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good verbal and written expression.
- Teamwork.
