Job summary
The Patient Engagement Director is responsible for working with and across Carelon Medical Benefits Management Executive leadership team in leading Carelon Medical Benefits Managements solution innovation and partnership strategies.The role requires a BA/BS degree in a related area and a minimum of 10 years of increasingly responsible business and professional experience including 3 years of leadership experience in a related field.
- Provides comprehensive analytic and business insight across Carelon Medical Benefits Management.
- Investigates and manages internal and external issues, to include provider issues, clinical issues, and other inquiries.
