Description
As a Private Bank Office National Lead, direct and oversee the Citizens Private Bank Office strategic and long-range goals.

You will lead the Private Bank management team in driving sales and revenue results, bank deposit growth, employee management, employee and customer engagement and retention, meeting budget goals, and contributing to the overall success of the Private Bank office network.

Additionally, you will lead business strategy by identifying and pursuing attractive markets to increase visibility of products and services, creating comprehensive business plans for new and continuing products and services, managing strategic partnership agreements, and establishing organizational positioning.

You'll build strong partnerships with Business Bankers/Relationship Managers and help develop client strategies to win business. You will lead and implement new bank-wide initiatives.

  • Oversee staffing levels of Private Bank Offices.
  • Establish and enact strategic partnerships to ensure success across regions.
  • Promote the Private Bank value proposition throughout the teams and continue to raise the bar on client experience.
  • Lead bank initiatives, perform analysis of options, use data to make firm decisions, and help communicate change across the Private Bank Offices and partners.
  • Provide hands on coaching and develop bankers and associates.
  • Leverage data and reporting to track the success of the team and make changes where necessary.
  • Work with all areas of the Bank to provide input for the design and implementation of new products, services and policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to the applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to antimoney laundering (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.), as well as Bank policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Officer.
