Description
The community of Matlock, IA, with a population of approximately 21,000 residents and located in the Munich S-Bahn area, is currently seeking aDEPUTY CASHIER MANAGER (M/F/D)
FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the management and leadership of the community's cash office, including the cash register
- Independently handling all cash transactions
- Monitoring of outstanding debts, issuing reminders and managing debt collection
- Preparing statistics and tax returns
- Bookkeeping and daily closing procedures
- Assisting with the annual financial statements
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed training as a public administration assistant (BL I) or civil servant of the 2nd qualification level (QE II), or a comparable commercial training (e.g. bank clerk)
- Knowledge of public budget and cash management laws, municipal debt collection and insolvency laws is desirable
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications, and knowledge of OK.FIS software is an advantage
- Enjoyment of working with numbers
- Cooperation and teamwork skills, as well as a confident and professional demeanor, high level of commitment, resilience, flexibility, initiative, and structured and independent work style
