Call Center Agent (m/f/d) for PayPal - career changers welcome

First, you will receive comprehensive training, because we don't throw anyone into the "deep end". We do this because quality and the satisfaction of our employees and customers are our top priorities.

Responsibilities

Telephone and written support for PayPal customers
Resolving customer inquiries regarding their accounts, payment terms, payment processes, and password procedures
Maintaining customer databases

Qualifications

You have general internet and PC knowledge, as you will be working with various programs on the computer.
You have good oral and written communication skills, as you will not only be talking to customers on the phone, but also chatting with them or responding to their email inquiries about their PayPal accounts. You do not have to sell anything or make any calls. You only handle incoming inquiries.
You enjoy helping people and providing them with solutions to their problems.
You are a classic office worker and can work onsite in Wittenberg.
You can cover the following working hours without any problems: Mon.
Sat. between 9:00 am and 7:30 pm (2 shifts,
