At our location, you will receive practical and theoretical knowledge in food analysis with comprehensive training in the following areas:
MICROBIOLOGICAL LABORATORY:

Preparation of nutrient media
Sterilization/disinfection of laboratory equipment/surfaces
Sample processing: sample acceptance, preparation, creation of dilution series, pouring with various nutrient media, incubation
Evaluation and documentation of results, microbiological assessment of samples
Microscopy

CHEMICAL LABORATORY:

Sample preparation
Conducting analyses to determine the content of salt, fat, protein, water, etc.
Flour analysis
Nutrient calculations
Determination of pH/aW value
Chemical assessment of samples and evaluation/documentation of results

Vocational school:

You will attend vocational school in Triesdorf in block form.

What we expect:
