Bachelor's degree
8 + years of relevant work experience.
Federal government consulting experience.
Experience leading change management projects.
Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple engagements simultaneously and prioritize demands.
Strong analytical and critical thinking with an innate ability to solve complex problems creatively.
Client/customer focus with outstanding organization skills and attention to detail
Strong leadership with the willingness and ability to directly contribute to the creation of client deliverables, not just advice.

Desired:

Experience in providing strategy and leading and managing change with systems migration projects is highly desired.
