_Job Summary:
The mission of the Grill Assembler is to create a variety of different types of speaker cabinet grills. The goal is an aesthetically pleasing accent to the amplifiers and speakers. This requires an acute attention to detail to ensure the grill appears straight.
Essential Functions:
- Learn and execute standard operating procedures.
- After training is complete, a grill assembler will adhere to the required output according to the model mix.
- This role is physically demanding on back, arms, and shoulders.
- Must be able to operate a pneumatic staple gun.
- 95% pass rate based on production requirements.
- Understands and meets quality standards (Specs.)
- Maintains product flow at appropriate rate.
- Adheres to department protocols (5S and Safety)
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding time management skillset with the ability to prioritize without direct supervision.
- Teamwork and project management skills combined with ability to work as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
- Results oriented and driven, with a track record for delivering to plan.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand all day.
