What we do:
Support the Accounting and Financial Reporting Department by managing many aspects of the month-end and quarter-end close process. Manage and produce accurate, complete IFRS financial statements and the many schedules that support these financial statements.
This position will be required to work on-site 5 days a week.
What you can do:
- Assist accounting/finance management with the compilation and production of financial statements and disclosures under IFRS
- Produce monthend and quarterend financial packages that include trial balances and select financial statements and schedules
- Manage the balance sheet General Ledger account balances pursuant to IFRS standards.
- Perform and supervise G/L account reconciliations
- Assist with the review and/or posting of journal entries
- Assist with producing KPIs and other financial and operational metrics
- Assist with the periodend closing process, that would include tracking and updating schedules and organizing activity to be shared within the accounting group
- Assist with the Fixed Asset (PP&E) tracking and depreciation schedules
- Assist with lease accounting efforts pursuant to IFRS 1
- Assist with leading the yearend audit
- Supervise assigned accountants, including time off requests
- Assist with department organization and training
- Up to 10% domestic travel
- Other duties as assigned
What you can contribute:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Master's degree in Accounting or MBA a plus
- A minimum of seven (7) years of corporate financial reporting or public accounting audit experience
- A minimum of two (2) years managing a people and or a function
- Experience performing variance analysis of financial account data and account reconciliations
- Experience compiling financial statements under IFRS or US GAAP, including producing supporting schedules and disclosure statements
- Experience accounting for Fixed Assets
- Ability to demonstrate and perform effective communication (written and verbal)
- Experience with SAP HANA S/4 and Tipalti is a plus
You may also be able to contribute:

- Ability to research complex accounting questions and provide guidance to management
- Familiarity composing accounting position memos
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Intermediate to advanced level of skill utilizing MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables and V-Lookups)
