Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Work closely with development teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and priorities.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the agile lifecycle.
Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps to manage and prioritize the product backlog, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Prepare for and participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Continuously monitor and improve Agile processes and practices to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

Required Skills:

Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and best practices.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Azure DevOps for managing software development projects, including backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Excellent writing and documentation skills, with ability to produce highquality deliverables.
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think critically and solve problems.
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Experience & Certifications:

2 years of experience managing product backlogs in Microsoft Azure DevOps (preferred) or JIRA.
Bachelor's degree in related field (or 4 additional years of professional experience)
Relevant certifications such as ScrumMaster (CSM/PSM) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) are a plus.
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance from the Federal Government.
