JOB DESCRIPTION
The Social Welfare Office of Altmarkkreis Salzwedel is currently seeking to fill a full-time, permanent position in "Case Management for SGB XII / AsylbLG"


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing benefits according to SGB XII
  • Chapters 3, 4, 8, and 9 for a specific group of individuals as a public welfare provider, including onetime and ongoing assistance for a limited period of time
  • Comprehensive counseling on eligibility for onetime and ongoing assistance, as well as the available social welfare benefits for the specific group of individuals
  • Identifying priority claims
  • Activating the individuals in need of assistance from the specific group
  • Assisting with the selection and utilization of available support services
  • Providing assistance with application processes and clarifying other benefit providers
  • Examining local and material jurisdiction and eligibility requirements.
