Description

Our client, a large financial services firm, is looking to hire a Senior Accountant for their global Accounting & Finance team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background with at least 5 years of experience at a public accounting firm or corporate accounting.

CPA is a MUST.

Responsibilities

Maintain and record activity in the general ledger accounts for assigned private equity investment funds
Work with investment team on fundings, realizations and other deal-related activity
Record daily cash activity on a timely basis
Manage and record quarterly invoicing to portfolio companies
Prepare allocations of income and expenses to partners' capital accounts
Assist in calculation, preparation and posting of capital calls and distribution
Calculate management fees, carried interest and fund performance
Prepare quarterly reports and assist in the preparation of annual GAAP financial statements
Assist in maintaining the firm's investor relations portal
