Responsibilities:
Data Management Analyst
Draper has an exciting, new opportunity for a Lead Data Manager. As a Lead Data Manager, you will help the company achieve on commitments by delivering customer requirements on time. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, monitoring, and managing deliverables within Draper's PLM system.
The types of deliverables may include, but are not limited to, various types of reports, synopsis of the results of analyses or assessments, software, hardware, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Task Lead of a team that organizes, manages, and maintains status of deliverable items across the company
- Manage the lifecycle of program deliverables from contract award to contract closeout to meet ontime delivery metrics
- Interface with program managers and team members on contract requirements, customer deliverables, deliverable status, and how to manage them
- Supervise the inputting, receiving, and sending of customer deliverable data sourced from contracts, program schedules, and CDRLs/SDRLs
- Develop and report deliverable metrics to program and executive leadership teams on a scheduled basis
- Coordinate with program managers, contracts, and the customer on late or potentially late deliverables to determine root cause and develop solutions
- Create and manage processes to effectively and efficiently utilize business and PLM tools to streamline the management of deliverables
- Supervise and maintain a data repository for submitted deliverables
- Recommend and implement continuous process improvements
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
- 5 years of directly related, industry experience, 3 of which include working with DoD contracts
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Must be a US citizen
- 7 years of directly related, industry experience, 5 of which include working with DoD contracts
- 5 years business and PLM tools experience
- PMP certified
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Familiarity with 3DX and/or COBRA
- The ability to obtain and/or maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
