Your Responsibilities:
- Coordination and handling of European freight transports as well as hazardous goods transports
- Organization of additional trucks in consultation with other internal departments
- Communication with customers and carriers
- Creation of daily rates and invoices
- Customer service and returns management
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or equivalent
- Relevant professional experience in dispatching
- Very good German and English skills
- Proficient in using MS Office tools
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a solutionoriented approach
