Your Mission
- You will manufacture (assemble) components (optical shafts) for rigid endoscopes
- You make the decision on usage based on measurement and test results, as well as company guidelines, safety regulations, SOPs, WIs, instructions, and relevant legal regulations
- You process and assemble the optical shaft component for rigid endoscopes
- Your mission includes turning, soldering, gluing, grinding and polishing, straightening of tubes, deburring, joining, forming, sandblasting, cleaning, assembly work, measuring, and testing
- You develop proposals for continuous productivity improvement, cost reduction, and quality improvement
- You plan and prepare the workflow, and control and evaluate your own work results
- In addition, you measure and test according to specified specifications and drawings
Your Talents
- Completed training as a surgical mechanic; alternatively, completed training as a toolmaker with specializations in instrument technology, precision mechanics, watchmaking, or a related profession
- Ideally, professional experience in medical technology
- Careful handling of tools and materials
- Fine motor skills
- Committed and detail-oriented work under pressure
- Communication skills,
