Job Description


Shaping the future: You will support the development of manufacturing processes and the necessary tools and machines for new and innovative electric drives. This will give you insights from the first product idea to series launch. The focus is on the process chain for stators, including insulation processes, winding techniques, wire bending, and electrical contacting.


Taking on responsibility: Your tasks will include supporting the planning, execution, evaluation, and documentation of process experiments, both independently on existing laboratory equipment and in collaboration with internal partners.


Thinking holistically: You will support the definition of relevant design guidelines and product design requirements. With your help, the goal is to reconcile the requirements from product and process design to ensure the production of competitive products with robust processes.


Communicating effectively: Process development is embedded in the platform development of the respective projects. You will work in - sometimes international - teams with colleagues
