Job summary
We are expanding our Recovery Services and are in search of self-motivated and energetic Therapy Program Coordinative Assistants who possess the skill, knowledge, and desire to be part of our team. The Ideal Candidate Would Have Conflict resolution and familiarity with de-escalation techniques Organizational skills- ability to keep accurate records and keep schedules Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team Attention to detail especially regarding safety and patient monitoring Experience with of psychiatric disorders and behavioral health needs.- Oversees the work of TPAs BHTs within recovery services department.
- Trains TPAs Behavioral Health technicians on their duties according to facility policy procedures directives. Makes staff assignments to assure continuous program coverage.
- Coordinates staffing of leads patient group sessions in accordance with treatment plans designed administered by qualified mental health professional.
