We're on a mission to change the way families access healthcare and public benefits, and we do it in a place you'd least expect - laundromatsAbout the Role:As an Outreach Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of Fabric's expansion, engaging with communities in Pittsburgh.
Spend your days building connections, understanding a family's needs, and guiding them through essential applications.This is not just a job; it's a chance to redefine how healthcare support is deliveredWhat You'll be Getting Into:
Building relationships with families in laundromatsUnderstanding the unique needs of these families and identifying where they need supportAssisting families with public benefits applications like Medicaid, SNAP, and LIHEAP, as well as helping them navigate their health plansMaking referrals to external resources

Weekend availability:
