Director of Flippin' Live Media, Story, Sponsorship & Growth(Work Side-by-Side with the Founder)
Flippin' Live is a high-energy, boots-on-the-ground media platform that spotlights local businesses, real people, and authentic moments — all through the lens of a passionate entrepreneur who believes connection is everything.
It blends:
Community storytelling
Food & lifestyle features
Behind-the-scenes entrepreneurship
Humor and relatable skits
Purpose-driven awareness (organ donation, loyalty, resilience)
Strategic brand partnerships
It's raw. It's real. It's fast. And it's powered by local personality.
This is not a 9–5. Work side by side with the founder and off hour availability is necessary.
This is not a social media assistant role.
This is not for someone who needs structure handed to them.
This is for someone who wants a seat next to a founder building a media brand in real time.
I'm Anthony Picarello — entrepreneur, builder of Bath Flip, PIC Home Pros, and creator of Flippin' Live.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
You will:
Shape the creative direction of Flippin' Live
Develop the emotional "why" behind every episode
Build sponsor packages and pitch businesses
Create monetization strategies and recurring revenue models
Identify growth opportunities and expansion angles
Protect and refine the Flippin' Live brand voice
Sit in high-level conversations and help turn strategy into story
And yes — you must also be capable of executing in the field.
You should be comfortable:
Taking high-quality video footage on the fly
Capturing moments in real time
Editing short-form social content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Moving fast with turnaround
Understanding pacing, hooks, captions, and audience retention
This is not just thinking.
This is building and producing.

Monetization Responsibility

You will help build:
Tiered sponsorship programs
Recurring advertiser models
Regional episode sponsorship packages
Event-based revenue streams
Cross-brand integrations with Bath Flip and beyond
This has the potential to become a real media revenue engine.

Compensation
First-Year Target Compensation:
$85,000 – $130,000+ (Base + Performance + Sponsorship Incentives)
High upside tied to revenue growth and sponsorship deals closed.
