    Tax Staff Accountant

    Overview of the Tax Staff Accountant Role:

    • The Tax Staff Accountant will prepare tax packets and state returns
    • Perform month end closing duties and direct annual audits.
    • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
    • Ensure that all financial data is secure and complies with confidentiality policies
    • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and contribute to strategic decision-making.
    Qualifications for the Tax Staff Accountant:
    • Bachelors Degree in accounting (a plus) or 2-3 years of Tax Staff Accounting experience
    • Detail Oriented
    • Great Time Management
    • Communication Skills
    • Excel: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Sub Totals
