About The Role

ONErpm is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, analytical minded, meticulously organized staff accountant.

This position will report directly to the senior staff accountant and be responsible for payroll, benefits & expense reconciliation, month-end close, accounts payable, and various other tasks in coordination with the rest of the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Process bimonthly payroll and monthly contractor payments; reconcile all payroll and benefits transactions
Review and process expense reimbursements
Assist with monthly accounting close
Manage Accounts Payable for daytoday operations
Handle Business Registration issues in various states
Organize 1099's
Streamline and suggest processes to increase efficiency for employees

Qualifications

3+ years of related experience BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other businessrelated field preferred
Knowledge in using accounting software (preferably Xero) and strong Excel skills
Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
Accounts Payable (AP) experience preferred
Experience with account reconciliation
Demonstrated knowledge of general ledger
Selfstarter and strong ethical standards
Effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management.
Strong analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data, find solutions to various issues
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
Able to work with a high degree of selfdirection and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using excellent judgment to resolve problems.
Possess excellent organizational skills, strong work ethic, and solid attention to detail.
