- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of demonstrated ability and/or Associates degree in relevant field will be considered
- Five or more years working in a Manufacturing or Operations environment
- Experienced in the concepts and implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
- Must be proficient in basic Microsoft suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); statistical software and ERP software experience preferred
