Recruiter (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:

  • Your main tasks include qualifying top candidates in our pool, building trust, and updating relevant information for placements
  • You are responsible for continuously improving communication with our registered top candidates
  • With high motivation and an empathetic approach, you inspire our top candidates over the phone
  • You position our top candidates with the appropriate clinics

Qualifications:

  • You have excellent communication skills, a customeroriented mindset, and strong spelling and grammar abilities
  • You are organized, work independently and proactively, and enjoy contributing constructive sales suggestions to the team
  • The idea of making a difference and providing the best possible care to people drives you every day
  • You are open and willing to learn new digital tools and are not afraid of unfamiliar territory
