Description

• Clean and sanitize designated facility areas.
• Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning air vents, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, etc.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and ensure that soap and paper dispensers are wellstocked.
• Stock and maintain supplies.
• Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and communicate any potential issues to Street Superintendent.
• Identify cleaning supplies and notify Street Superintendent when running low.
• Empty garbage cans and shredders and keep garbage areas clean and covered.
• Effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction.
• Complete Cleaning Expectations & Frequency List.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Available to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts.
• Strong time management skills in order to ensure all work is completed by the end of shift.
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Previous cleaning experience a plus.
• Motivated and able to work independently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Stand and walk for an entire shift.
• Safely move about areas of the facilities.
• Use hands to finger, handle, or operate objects.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, lift, carry, pour, and wipe.
• Must be able to lift and/or move a minimum of 25 pounds.

• Flexible schedule
