Community Needs Assessment: Conduct regular needs assessments and analyze data to identify and address gaps in community school programs.

Program Efficiency: Maintain a calendar of events, track program activities and expenditures, and ensure timely submission of reports to maximize program efficiency and transparency.

Enrichment Opportunities: Identify and integrate enrichment programs into the curriculum to expand learning opportunities for students.

Student Support Services: Coordinate with school staff and community partners to provide integrated support services for students, ensuring their progress and success.

Family and Community Engagement: Lead initiatives to engage families and community members in school activities, including organizing events and providing resources and support services.

College degree preferred, but not required
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience working in an urban school setting
Experience mobilizing groups, building partnerships with local organizations, and leveraging resources within a community
Able to work a flexible schedule including some weekends and evenings

Benefits and Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $66,560 $86,700. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint of $67,500 $71,000 depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budget allocated for this role.
