    Description

    Job Title: Retail Sales Manager at 2020 Companies

    Description:

    • Manage, lead, and coordinate team activities to meet or exceed sales and project objectives
    • Accountable for team performance and related documentation
    • Accurately monitor sales, events, and merchandising projects
    • Build territory relationships through networking
    • Provide daily guidance and training to the team to ensure retention
    • Determine staffing needs based on client and company directives
    • Ensure proper training on sales techniques, products, and policies
    • Document all consultations and terminations following established procedures
    • Contribute to launch-related activities when necessary
    • Travel regularly throughout the territory
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures
    • Participate in meetings and conference calls as required
    • Oversee retail locations temporarily as needed
    • Maintain professional conduct at all times
    • Perform assigned duties

    Performance Measurements:

    • Achieve weekly/monthly project goals and quotas
    • Ensure customer/client satisfaction through rejection percentages and complaints
    • Maintain appropriate headcount across regions

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
    • 3-5 years of retail and sales management experience
    • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
    • Proven ability to make sound decisions and problem solve
    • Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management
    • Travel 50% of the year across the US and work flexible hours
    • Experience in managing by P&L standards
    • Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
