- Manage, lead, and coordinate team activities to meet or exceed sales and project objectives
- Accountable for team performance and related documentation
- Accurately monitor sales, events, and merchandising projects
- Build territory relationships through networking
- Provide daily guidance and training to the team to ensure retention
- Determine staffing needs based on client and company directives
- Ensure proper training on sales techniques, products, and policies
- Document all consultations and terminations following established procedures
- Contribute to launch-related activities when necessary
- Travel regularly throughout the territory
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Participate in meetings and conference calls as required
- Oversee retail locations temporarily as needed
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
- Perform assigned duties
- Achieve weekly/monthly project goals and quotas
- Ensure customer/client satisfaction through rejection percentages and complaints
- Maintain appropriate headcount across regions
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred
- 3-5 years of retail and sales management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to make sound decisions and problem solve
- Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management
- Travel 50% of the year across the US and work flexible hours
- Experience in managing by P&L standards
- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
