JOB FUNCTIONS:
_

Manage all aspects of proposal creation, including response, format, editing, and updating the project queue daily, and meet all proposal deadlines.
Coordinate RFP review meetings with the Sales team to identify areas of opportunity, clarify sales strategy specific to the proposal, and partner opportunities where necessary.
Provide accurate, thorough, completed RFP draft presentation to appropriate parties and final proposals/sales presentations to Account Managers as required
Work with Management to troubleshoot elevations, review peer work, and provide additional support as needed.
In absence of Team Supervisor-Sr. Analyst will fill in
Collaborates with team to create proposal responses for complex or unique inquiries
Maintenance of content repository; including adding new data and updating existing content
Other duties as assigned by leadership.

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE:_

6+ years' experience in RFP or proposal experience required
Excellent coordination and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, including excellent time/project management under tight deadlines
Ability to develop and maintain effective, professional business relationships across all levels of the organization

Critical Thinking

Using logic and reasoning to identify the strength and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Skilled in effective listening
Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points, asking questions as appropriate
