    Description
    • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements), order forms, SOWs and amendments required to support business activities
    • Manage vendor initiatives including sourcing activities (RFx), supplier selection, contract/pricing negotiation and spend tool administration
    • Build strategic partnerships and serve as a procurement/contracting SME to our business partners by providing guidance on sourcing, contracting and vendor management strategies
    • Analyze company spend regularly to appropriately determine and execute on sourcing initiative and cost saving opportunities
    • Partner with Legal, Corporate Accounting, Risk and Compliance teams with respect to contract reviews, threatened and actual litigation, corporate compliance issues, and other similar matters affecting the supported business units
    • Attend and/or lead team meetings reporting on contract status and metrics related to renewals, vendor spend, and cost savings
    • Help create, deploy and maintain best in class procurement, contracting and vendor management processes and workflows for the Technology organization
    • Educate and train our business partners on the VMO processes and other related content
    • 2+ years of experience related to contracts management experience - exposure to negotiating and reviewing range of agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements), order forms, SOWs and amendments required to support business activities.
      • Business/commercial side, not as much the legal side - payment terms, scope of the services, etc.
      • Strong aptitude for numbers, finance basics and ability to multi-task (need to be able to understand the spend amount in the contract, etc)
    • Experience working in for technology companies or supporting technology organizations.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
    • Experience with e-signature tools and spend management tools.
    • Adobe Sign for E-signature tool
    • Raindrop for spend management tools
    • Experience with indirect procurement (strategic sourcing, category/supplier/spend management), contracts
    • Strong knowledge of procurement, contracting and vendor management principles
    • Excellent attention to detail

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts successfully
